Three areas. One clear path in.
Every engagement starts with a free Snapshot, then a Clarity Assessment if it makes sense.
Sustainable growth and organisational maturity
For businesses where growth is outrunning the way things get done.
- Operating rhythm and ways of working
- Leadership team capability
- Systems that scale without more complexity
Funding and investment readiness
For leadership teams about to face an investor, a lender or due diligence.
- Information an investor can follow
- Leadership and governance readiness
- The questions you should expect, answered first
Founder independence and exit readiness
For founders who are the bottleneck and want a business that runs without them.
- Decisions moved to capable people
- Systems that hold the knowledge
- Value that doesn't walk out of the door

How long does the Snapshot take, and does it cost anything?
It is free and takes about five minutes: 16 short statements. You get back the three things that stood out, with no score.
What happens in the Clarity Assessment?
A pre-assessment about a week before, then a four hour session with your leadership team: 55 questions rated for performance and maturity. Each executive gets an individual playback, then a joint playback with a red, amber and green grid. A written report follows within 15 business days.
Who is this for?
Founders and leadership teams of growing businesses, roughly 20 to 150 people, where decisions still come back to the founder and the days are not their own.
Do I have to go on to the next step?
No. Each chapter stands on its own. You decide after Discover and after Diagnose whether to go further.
What is Shift?
Build & Run. We stay alongside you while your team turns the plan into lasting change, so the new way of working holds.
Ready for a conversation?
